What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), cash and checks. Non-refundable deposits are required for hourly charters only.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We always suggest that you make a reservation as soon as you know you would like to use our service. Trip availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that weekends tend to fill up quickly.
How do I find my chauffeur?
When arriving at an airport:
Chauffeur will be holding a sign that has passenger’s last name on it.
For domestic flights:
Look for your chauffeur upon exiting the escalator or elevator on baggage claim level.
For international flights:
Look for your chauffeur in the terminal greeting area after exiting customs.
In some cases, a door/curbside pickup will be prearranged due to height restrictions with our van.
When arriving at a cruise terminal:
Driver will coordinate pickup with you via cell phone following disembarkment.
